These require a Level 1 Bio-safety licence for use. This includes any proprietary or commercial names, the type of micro-organism, possible names or terms which may appear on food labelling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"40\" height=\"40\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microfoodlibrary.org\/library\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/product-01-v2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5153\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-032a329b-6627-4cea-9738-7540e3cf9aa4\"><strong>The library holds a number of <em>additives<\/em> produced by the E-Number micro-organisms.
