Reference information takes form as physical ‘library cards’ and online information on each of the current micro-organisms listed within the library. This includes any proprietary or commercial names, the type of micro-organism, possible names or terms which may appear on food labelling.
The library holds a number of additives produced by the E-Number micro-organisms. These are products created by the E-NUMBER micro-organisms for food and beverage use.
